Poor service and feedback

Contacted by vodacom rewards telephonically for upgrade. Incorrect information provided by consultant resulted in comedy of errors. Had to do sim swap and data transfer. Moffat lifestyle centre said cld assist, 3 hrs later still no data trsf. Foll day greenacres assisted. Advised to purchase data package eventho new smart m starting 1 aug. Vodacom changed package already from talk 100. Phone spec also not what consultant advised. I cancelled upgrade and did another sim swap and data trsf to old phone. 31 july bis suddenly dissapearred, queried and was told no bis on smart m.smart madvertised free bbm text, 300mb data and 300 sms, now billed for data and sms? Logged numerous queries and 2 weeks later still waiting for feedback. Was told cant change back to talk 100 during month so how did they change me to smart m mid month? What shld have been a simple upgrade resulted in being pushed from pillar to post, unnecessary money and time spent and no cellphone service for number of days. I am very dissappointed with vodacomand will be changing service providers
