I upgraded my contract in May 2013.
i moved from a Talk 240 package to the Smart M plan with the Sony Xperia Z as i had eagerly been awaiting this phone.

when i took out the new contract, i specifically queried whether i could add a data bundle, as my data usage is quite high, and the smart M only included ~200mb per month. this was confirmed.
after receiving the phone, i called in to add a 1Gb data bundle at R149 per month. as advertised on-line, and as confirmed with the consultant over the phone, this included 1Gb day-time and 1Gb free night Owl.

i have since been charged for night owl data.
when i queried this at the customer service line on 21 June 2013, Thersia (i think that was her name) advised that night owl is specifically excluded from the Smart M package as a Business Rule. which is contradictory to what was told to me when i added the bundle.
she advised that she would listen to the call and get back to me within an hour or 2. it is now over a week, and still no feedback.

i took out the 1Gb 1Gb bundle under the premise that it was with Night Owl.

please can someone clarify and sort this out
