Enabling of Data-Bundle

As part of my upgrade to the Smart S package the deal stated that it includes 1GB of data FREE for the first 6 months. I did the upgrade on the 10th October 2013 and the contract came into effect the 1st November 2013 only the extra 1GB of data was not enabled on my account.

I have contacted them numerous times regarding this during the month of November 2013 only to be told they looking into it, that they know its an issue, its been forwarded to their interactive department and best of all that they will get back to me. What a joke! I have to contact them every time to get any update on the progress - if any.

For a company this big with so many customers you would think that they will take pride in their service delivery and their after sales service. It is pathetic. Come on Vodacom! Pull up your socks and get the issue resolved ASAP!!

All I want is this 1GB of data for the first 6 months to be able to use my smart phone to its full potential and through this determine what data bundle to get once the 6 month period is over.

A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! :(
