I took out a laptop contract (second contract with MTN) on 30 July 2013 and was told that they have to order it and I will get the Monday. Well, Monday came and gone, no response. I eventually had to call them the Tuesday and was told that they still waiting for the laptop but I will get it later the week. I am still waiting!! No feedback from the branch. A call or even a sms would have been appreciated. This is not on!!
