All I want is to be met half way

4th of August at 16h00 I purchased a N8000 smart case for R1199. After the first day the volume buttons was at an angle. The next day the buttons has completely fell off. My trust in this product has failed. 9th of August at 11h44 I asked the sales lady if there is a possibility that I can be refunded due above mentioned. I then waited for Gert the manager because he is the only autherised person to help me. I explained my situation to Gert and he just continuesly replied their policy states no refunds, I found that he already instructed the sales person to do a exchange for the same product, when asking Gert what must I do now, he just replied with a bad manner that he doesn't care. When I asked if I cant get my old product, they replied its to late, I stated that they do not have the authority to make the choice for me. Gert doesn't care about customer care or any means of meeting a customer half way. I will gladly take another body glove for my Galaxy N8000 and be refunded for the other half of my money. I kindly plead for your assistance I just want to be met half way. Hendrik 0825558160
