Today I had found the worst service ever at Vodacom in Vaal mall. Unbelievable how staff can treat you. I will not even send my enemy there for service. I would feel ashamed. I requested a sim swop on two Vodacom numbers as they were. A Prudence lady told me to phone customer care. I asked if I could phone from the shop as all my phones were. Then arrogantly Prudence replied: " that is not my problem ". I was and still is shocked due to her behaviour, and just left the shop. I went back as my wife was still trying to get help, then a Mr Gert came out of the back office with a very defensive attitude and yelled at me " what is going on here". I tried to explain the situation but he kept on interrupting me. So I just left the shop. I don't know what is Vodacom's policy regarding customer service, but I surely hope that wasn't it. This was definitely not the first time having problems with this branch. I hope head office would assist me A.S.A.P. That is some manager you have got there. My number is 072 245 1297
