I bought a centrum product from a dischem store in boksburg, after using the product for 2 days, i started having terrible heartburn.when i stopped using the product, so did my heartburn.i then took the product back to dischem, and they refused to refund me and told me to contact Pfizer directly, as to what i did today.upon getting through to their customer helpline, i was asked what the problem was by the receptionist, which asked me 10 questions.she then put me through to another lady, Sharon.after explaining to her what my situation was, all she replied to was "just try using the product again, maybe later in the afternoon". you must be joking, isnt a multi vitamin meant to be taken in the morning to give you a boost for the day ahead???

Im totally disgruntled at having spent R300 for a product that i wasnt happy with, and to make things worse was the response i got from Pfizer. I'm wondering how many other people have had the same response from "customer CARE" because there is definitely no CARE from them.
when i eventually told the lady that i was going to throw the product away, it was clear that she didnt care.of course she didnt care, she sits in a cushy office.
