On our trip through Namibia, the warning light for the diesel filter of our Toyota Fortuner showed up 100km outside of Mariental.
It was late on a Saturday morning and we were just too late to reach the workshop during working hours. At Toyota Mariental the pump attendant supplied the phone number of the workshop manager, Gert. Gert arrived within 5 minutes, replaced the diesel filter and showed my husband how to handle the filter on the remaining stretch of our trip. Gert was really friendly, efficient and helpful and even recommended the best route to reach Mata Mata border post before closing time.
With in half an hour we were on the road again. Thank you ever so much Gert for service with a smile!
