Such poor service and No cutomer Care

I purchased Items from there online store on the 8th Feb and told Gert i am going away and need the items before the 20th. Gert was paid right after order EFT and and emaild back proof of payment! I was told my items will be at the Post office the following week he sent me the Tracking number and i waited No items and Tracking number shows it at Randpark Ridge still... So i emailed Gert back to find out what was happening. he got back to me hours later saying my items are at witpos. But he didnt try help me nor did he reply to any of the 5 emails i sent him... i am a customer who has paid a lot of money for items and delivery and i gave him 13 days to do it... his attitude is well ive got my money so you... he has no contact numbers and he refused to give me his Cell... his website is [URL Removed]
