No Debit on bank account for outstanding, no bill emailed.
I noticed last month no bill was sent to me.
I also noticed that the billed amount was not taken off my bank account.
Have sent a query to TM SOC for feedback and an explanation.
Theres been no response.
Investec Bank has provided a reference letter confirming my concern.
Can someone please contact me to ensure Im not damaged by a lack to implementation by billing for July 2013.
