I have really had it with MTN now! firstly 2 years ago I was I was to and tricked into taking a contract with MTN through your call agents I was I was to. Then comes the phone and I am given 2 sim cards with some airtime on 1 and some airtime on the other and a different number as well! Its been 2 years now and i recently struggled to cancel my contract with MTN as there is always an issue. I eventually came right and it was cancelled. I now notice on my bank statements that only 1 of the sim cards was cancelled and I'm still paying for the other 1 which i hardly ever used. So once again I am being over by MTN. The worst network on this planet!! I will be taking this further, and will never recommend MTN to anyone!!
