On the 1st of August I went to Vodacom 4u in alberton city to get myself a new contract on the Sony Xperia Z. The special was coming with bob Marley head sets. I was ecstatic since I travel lot and thought I could experience my new amazing phone while i'm leaving for Durban this weekend for a tournament. Now it was unfortunate that on that day I went to sign up, they did not have stock on the XperiaZ and they tried convincing me on taking the S4. I refused and told them I am willing to wait for the Xperia. We sealed the deal, I signed all documents and waited for their call. They called me yesterday the 7th Aug, to say the have the fone. I went there to collect. Now they only give the fone, no head sets. I asked about them and they said the special ended the day before which is the 6th. But it made no sense since I signed the contract on the 1st, while the special was still very ON! It's not my problem that they did not have stock on ttime! They are ripping me off dismally. It's so unfair that I sign up for a full package of the special and I do not get it in full. I think the headsets are rightfully mine and I have the right to have them. I had the worst first experience.
