I filed a report on the 9th of August about Vodacom not giving me my headsets when I had purchased a special that came with them. I was so pleased when they called me the following day to say the matter was resolved I should go get my headsets, that was head office Cape Town. Even the guys at alberton called to say they have stock I can come get them. I went to them two days later as I was away. I got there and I was made a complete fool! The store supervisor said, and I quote... Did head office give you money to pay for the sets? Sorry but you not getting the sets, tell head office to give them to you! End of quote. I mean what was going on? I fummed for I had driven 23 ks to get them. Then I get such noncence
