I bought a blackberry from altech and have had endless problems with the phone. I took it in to altech sandton city to be repaired. I was told they will call me to let me know what's wrong with the phone and what it will cost to fix it. I never got that phone call. Then I got a SMS saying my handset is at the sandton branch. I called them and apparently the phone was not fixed as they are saying its water damage. The gent I spoke to was Tshepo Mawane. He apologized and said I need to fill out an insurance form and attach a copy of my ID. Which I did and sent it to him on the 26th of July. I called a week later to find out what's happening and he said he will escalate and call me back in 2 hours which he didn't. I have called altech sandton a few times and the call just keeps getting re-routed. Eventually I told the operator I'm tired of calling in. She said she will put me through to the office manager Kevin. The phone rang and rang and eventually went through to the nicol way branch who transferred me back to the sandton branch and of course there was no answer and the call kept re-routing. All I want to know is what's happening with my phone?
