Cell C had a special on the Samsung S3 mini and it being a very popular fone meant that there was no stock on the day that we went to sign the contract. Karla was the 'technician' that assisted us. She very ably assisted us with the completion of all docs & also efficiently ported my number from MTN. She also warned me that the wait for the handset could take up to a month. She promised to let me know as soon as the stock of the fone had arrived. I thought that she was just saying that to appease me but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from her not even 2 weeks later asking me when I could come collect the handset. When I got to Cell C, all the documents was already with the handset and the process was seamless and hassle free! Whilst attending to us, Karla was also assisting several 'trainees' with their customers. The printer at Cell C was not working optimally so she promised to mail the invoices to me the next day. Again, true to her word, I received the invoices this morning. It was the most painless exercise I have ever had at a cellular vendor. Thank you Karla for making this such an awesome experience for us! Cell C, you need to hold onto this one.
