All devices can't connect with cell c 90% of time

I have been a great supporter of cell c for quite sometime and have my iphone, iPad and laptop connections with them.

For the past 3-4months my signal and access to Internet has been shocking.

Sometimes I go days without access with all 3 devices. Today the whole day I couldn't connect for email or Internet. Can only write this with my phone because I had to manually select Vodacom as a network to get access. Please provide me a fixed solution as I don't want to leave but if this persists I will have no choice but to move as this is impacting my day to day activities (personal and business) and why stay and use Vodacom as my emergency backup if they can provide me constant service.
