Hello Neotel,
Ive called the costumer service this morning, and enquired about the credit which supposed to be passed according to you and it HASNT BEEN PASSED YET... and on top of it there's another billing problem that i took it up with the customer service team this morning.
This month ive called neotel more than 20 times and visited midrand office as well. Can somebody responsible call me and put a stop to this as i cant continue to be calling and wasting my time, effort and money during this process
