I have had a contract with Cell C for about 8 years or so now. Recently I have upgraded to the new iPhone from a Blackberry. I moved to Ramsgate about 2 years ago and have had very bad signal in the area I live with almost no internet signal. So that meant my BIS meant nothing to me at home. Now on the iPhone I still have the problem even after phoning Cell C and complaining to them about it. They said that they would look into the matter. That was about 2 months ago and still nothing has chanced.
Very disappointed and frustrated.
