I called the call centre last night as i was having a problem with my Walka. I was transferred to the mobile department where Keith took my call. After confirming my details and explaining the problem, Keith had me up and running in one minute. Not only was he super friendly - he was down to earth and it felt like I was speaking to a buddy!
