Autopage Greenstone & incompetent -refundOverdue

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5S and agreed to a 1GB data bundle in place of the BES service. Keith Mushave at Greenstone loaded this, but something must have gone wrong. Only when I queried my very excessive bill the day it was sent, (the first since receiving the iPhone early December, did he retry but I still only get an SMS re a 200MB bundle?? Kindly immediately credit & refund the absurd R1200 plus VAT data bill on my December 2013 statement ASAP. Kindly confirm by when this will be done since I have been promised since 12 December thats its almost there by Keith Mushave!! Obviously the BES to 1GB data bundle migration went wrong.

Keith keeps saying head office must do this and that, they have a credit note backlog and so on, but I never get any joy!!!
