ONGOING incorrect billing

Renewed my data package on 07/07 from 500 megs to 2 gigs for R95-00, a special from Autopage, said Keith, the assistant.
End March, an invoice for R255.00 received and debited from my acc. Another received in April for R349-00 and an sms to say that is what I am now going to pay!!! My hubby went to see Keith and he says hat it was incorrectly loaded, will correct it in 24 hrs!
Phoned head office and they required all the invoices to be e-mailed to them, done on the 08/04... nothing... re-sent on the 18/04... still nothing!!!
On 30/04, R330, 00 taken off my account so on 01 May, we went to Vodaworld AGAIN!!! Keith says that it was incorrectly loaded again and he would do it himself to see that it was done... yay!!!
Today I receive an invoice for R419.01!! Where to from now??? Help Ineed some answers as I cannot even cancel the account as it is for 24 months...
