THEY SAID IT WAS BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR. THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE MY MOM ANOTHER FRIDGE SINCE SHE WAS THE ONE WHO PAID FOR IT. I WAITED AND WAITED AND MY MOM WAS NOW TRANFERRED TO KEITH WHO WORKS IN THE CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION. ITS EITHER KEITH IS NOT IN THE OFFICE WHEN WE CALL. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FRIDGE. AND WE PAID CASH. I NEED YOUR HELP.
