I WAITED AND WAITED AND MY MOM WAS NOW TRANFERRED TO KEITH WHO WORKS IN THE CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION. ITS EITHER KEITH IS NOT IN THE OFFICE WHEN WE CALL. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FRIDGE.
