My message is twofold, firstly I would like to compliment Keith Solomon and his team for doing a superb job on preparing my house in Hartbeespoortdam with dampseal and subsequently painting it with Plascon - a product that I trust.
Their service and manner of work was truly exceptional.
The second part of my message is not so complimentary, but the full story have to be told.
When my initial contact with Uniroof started, I indicated to Keith that I would like to use Plascon as well as receive a registered guarantee from Plascon once the work is done.
According to Keith this guarantee was not a problem but it Plascon generally issues this guarantee about two weeks after completion of the work.
Unfortunately I did not retain a % of the contract price until the receipt of the guarantee and up to today 16 December 2013 (2 months later) I still await a copy of this guarantee.
Keith does not respond to our emails, he does not take our calls or pretend he can't hear us when calling from another number.
Kindly list contact the supplier or alternatively list this supplier as a "poor after service" supplier.
