Bad service at Telkom - Dion Wired - Tygervalley

I would like to lodge a complaint about the poor service I received at the Telkom - Dion Wired Store in Tygervalley. Firstly, we ordered a Telkom ADSL line. As things happened the contract details were incorrectly entered into the system and we were issued with a normal Telkom line. Suffice to say the staff at the store blamed Telkom. When I came back to the store I was told that they couldn't rectify it as the staff member that assisted us was the only one that could assist and the person resigned so I had to wait till they could get hold of the Head Office. I spoke to the manager responsible for this branch, Cheryl, but she was of no help as I had to recommend that she contact the staff member and ask them for her login details. She then did this and gave the login details to the staff member on duty. Despite this the voucher we were to receive was not issued as the staff member informed us that we had to make use of the voucher immediately. After coming back to store on other occasions NONE of the staff could assist including the manager, Cheryl. Cheryl came across completely disinterested in assisting us. As to the staff they are ill informed about their products.
