Out of 25 TDS in Western Cape, not one answered

Hi,

As subject headline states, I failed in all attempts trying to contact a TDS.

As listed on your website, there are approximately 25 TDS stores situated in the Western Cape.

I took my time to contact each and every store on the list, and not surprisingly, not a single store answered, even after at least 2 attempts per store. All ringing and switching over to automated voicemail.

I am totally shocked.

Please improve or you might as well 'not' have landlines at your TDS stores.
