At the time of renewing my contract, I requested for a data bundle to be added from the 1 July. This was never actioned and as a result I was billed for a the data uasage. Despite the fact that I confirmed that it would be actioned.
Over several week I have made contact with call centre agents, supervisors etc. but with no action from their side.
I would appreciate any feedback at this point, and the billing rectified.
