In truth, even when you haven't reached 3 gig per month if you use a site you don't use ever, you get up to 10mbts per second (VERY NICE), but that lasts for an hour or so only, sites you sometimes use mormally go down to 250 or so k per second... and sites you use all the time disconnect all the time because they can't operate at 0.65kbts per second.
Best advice is to use MTN in the backround to download whatever you can (untill you can get out of the contract) and use a real service provider for browsing.
