I'm really disappointed in MTN. They have sent me an mail stating they will look into the issue and its almost a month and I have not received any feedback from them. This is really a service and Am still waiting on the TV. Can you guys tell me whether I can cancel the contract as this is now the third months i am paying yet I have not received the TV. This is really unexceptionable from MTN. I feel like cancelling the contract and don't want to pay any penalty fees because I am not at fault here. MTN will I still be receiving the TV or not???
