MTN in Tyger Valley has the worst shop layout ever! Really! Who planned it? You are standing in this random long line hoping to get helped soon by one of the random "help stations" which are mostly unoccupied during peak hours (including lunch times) - this leads to extremely slow service (I am talking about a wait of at least 40 minutes)! You cannot sit on the chairs either cause you will loose your place in the line. Please it's easy enough. Customer Service Assistants at all stations during peak times and appoint someone to give each client a number when they enter the store and who will then direct the client to a open station when a "help station" becomes available. At least you will be able to sit then and not stand in that line wondering when you will ever be helped when services is so extremely slow.
