I signed up with Zone fitness 7 months ago, I have not made use of this gym for a very long time as my job demands quite a bit from me, I have been paying my monthly premium every month and still not used it, now I am moving and would like to cancel my gym contract and I get told that I have to pay 40% cancellation fees. With the new consumer protection act I am allowed to cancel my contract and not be bound to it for the full 24month period.
Why should I be paying 40% cancellation fees for a facility I will not be making use of, I have been paying for this for 7 months and BARELY used it so Zone Fitness has already benefited by this.
I am very disappointed and cannot say I will recommend this gym to anyone!
