8ta incompetence

Seems 8ta is totally incompetent as their feedback clearly demonstrates they are missing the point:
My issue relating to 8ta was that they don't abide by the Consumer Protection Act with penalties and cancellations.

A few things to note - when I singed up for the contract their system was down and the consultant indicated he would ad it at a later stage and kept the contract. At no stage did I receive a copy of the contract. Also, I inquired whether 8ta complies with the CPA and he indicated that this was the case. He also indicated that they are looking at the cancellation policy and as such from a consumer point it can be said that the revised policy would align with the CPA. I have not been informed of any exorbitant penalty or cancellation fees at inception of the contract and as such am going to cancel the debit order and make sure that it will be too costly and time consuming to get their money.
