Day light &no full disclosure to clients!

Can someone explain to me what is the point of asking your customers if they'd like a option to soft lock they contract for a certain amount then Vodacom still proceeds to do as they please? I asked for my contract to be soft locked for R200 after my data bundles get depleted! When I called vodacom the first time to ascertain why my contract had been locked I was told I owe R917!! When I questioned this I was informed that the vodacom systems don't stop if something is being downloaded or internet is being used even if you asked for a amount to be secured that one doesn't end up paying a ridiculous amount. Today I get to vodacom only to be told R1300 will be deducted from my acc at the end of the month! This is daylight and I want someone to explain how this is because the call centre agents are as clueless as the instore staff! Pathetic service all round!!
