Treat customers with respect

I went into the Vodacom4U store at Fourways Mall (the one upstairs), and needed to port my daughter's number from another cellphone service provider to Vodacom. Vhangeli could not be bothered to greet me, and the entire time I sat in front of her she gave me the impression that she felt she was doing me a huge favour by attending to my issue, and she did not give me the information I needed to activate the line- I had to call Customer Care to get this.
Shame on you Vhangeli, you are an absolute disgrace to your organisation, and I will never set foot in that store again. Even the store manager Yvette I believe, could not be bothered to take my call when I called to complain about Vhangeli. I will take my business to the Nicholway branch- they know how to treat customers there.
