I was in the Hyde Park Vodacom store last Sunday and i just wanted to compliment the staff on their excellent service!!!
The previous day i was at the Vodacom store in Fourways to take a new iphone 5S contract, and ended up in an argument with them as i was repeatedly told that the 5s is not being offerred on the Smart small contracts. The staff at the Fourways branch are quite useless, and even after telling them i saw it on their own website, they still had no idea of the new prices.
On Sunday morning i walked into the Hyde park store in the morning and by midday walked out with my new 5S Gold... great service and the staff are so knowleable and helpful. No was not in their vocabulary and it shows in their attitude. I would gladly do business with them in future, and i recommend other clients to go there for great service. Even with the Hyde Park mall not being anywhere near me, i would go all that way than to deal with the Fourways branch.
