This is the 2nd complaint! My phone was handed in for repairs 6 weeks ago! 2 weeks ago the store tried to give me a different one back. I posted a complaint on here and Sandros did call me, but he hasn't told me anything new! He keeps talking about the other handset that they tried to give me and that they need to get it back first! Why does this have any bearing on my phone??? Where is my phone? Nobody can give me any answers! You have had it for 6 weeks and nobody can tell me where it is, is it fixed, when will I get it back? Why can't anybody tell me any concrete information? I want my phone back by close of business tomorrow, if this is not possible, Cell C must give me a new one as mine appears to have disappeared! I am on a business contract and spend over R800 a month with you, please treat me accordingly, thank you. I think it's time for a manager or Mr Knott Craig to step in and sort this out?!
