About 3 weeks ago I complained about poor service in trying to get a modem and data contract from these people. A lady phoned in response and suggested that I apply online. I followed her advice and to date I have had no confirmation that they have approved the application or when it is going to get delivered despite several phone calls to them. All this after having a trouble free account with them for some 13 years. When my current contract is up I will definitely be moving to another service provider.
These people are truly one of the worst. I am surprised that the MD still has his job because the rot usually starts at the top.
