INCOMPLETE GOODS RECEIVED

I upgraded my cellphone contract at MTN SP Brooklyn Mall on 2013/07/02 and when I got home, I discovered that charger was missing from the box (that was opened in store by the salesperson). I was irritated, but decided to let it go as I had the charger from my previous cellphone. I recently discovered that the memory card is also removed in store, before I took the cellphone and left. This is absolutely shocking. I did not expect such criminal behaviour from staff working at a big brand like MTN. I know that I was supposed to check everything before I left, but I waited for such a long time in store, that I was in a big hurry when the salesperson eventually called me to finalize the transaction. (I was asked to sit and wait and when I was called the box was already opened and she transferred data etc). I also noticed on my statement that the name of the contract is still in my previous employers name. I filled in forms a year ago to transfer it in my personal name. I also asked during the upgrade in July if it is now in my name and they assured me, incorrectly that it was. What is going on at MTN???
