During the September holiday we stopped in at the Game Store in Jeffreys Bay - They sold me a Digital photo frame, when we got to the farm where we stayed (40km away), there was no remote or memory card in the box. (indicated on the box). When I returned the item, the people in the specific department could not answer me when I wanted find out about other products on the shelf (as the incomplete one was the last of its kind).
I decided to go to PE.
I sent my husband to the Walmer Park Game in PE to buy two of the digital photo frames. We opened the one and there was no problem. It was a gift for his mom. We did not check the other box. (A gift for my mom in Gauteng). When we got home after the holiday and we opened the other frame to load our wedding photos on for my mom, we discovered that this box had no memory card in - just the empty memory card holder.
This is very frustrating as we live in a town where we don't have a Game Store! It is absolutely terrible to think you can not leave a Game Store without opening the boxes and check everything inside! Worst of all, these boxes were fetched from "the back" on both occasions!
