On 17th January' 2013 i received my new cellphone from AG Cellular sealed in the box and delivered to me. When i wanted to open the box infront of the courier he said i cant open it unless i have signed for it first.

So i signed for it and the gentleman left before i could opened it. I then opened it and discovered that the phone has no email facility and that the 4GB memory card is not included. I contacted AG Cellular and informed them whereby the lady told me that after she enquired from their warehouse or stock room they told her that there is nothing in stock.

That was also the last time i heard from them. They did not reply to my 2nd mail or even attempt to contact me to resolve this matter and i have to pay R 230.00 every month for an incomplete contract. I indicated to this lady that i don't want the phone anymore but the phone is still with me.

Their after sales service is very bad and so is their response. The person that did the sale is smilling as she will receive her commission on this sale. I am not prepared to pay for an incomplete transaction/contract.
