Disgusting Customer Service

I am contacting you out of sheer frustration and utter disgust at the service I have received from the MTN Store in Maynard Mall in Wynberg Cape Town.
I took out a new NTN contract for a Nokia Lumia 720 at the Wynberg branch on the 19 June 2013, time: 17:25pm. A lady by the name of Barbara assisted me with the new contract.
When I opened the package, after setting up the device and removed the protective covering, it was discovered that, the speaker was not working, as the people that tried to call me, could not hear a word I was saying, At fist I thought it was just the signal, but this continued. I then took the device back to the store on 16 July 2013 at 13.00am.
Barbara advised me she would need to send the phone away to be assessed, she then called me back on the 18 July 2012 to advise that they have discovered the problem and I can come and collect a new phone, but they did not have stock, the next week I called the store to find out when they will be getting stock, she advised me I can come to the store because they will be getting stock 26 July 2013.
I then rushed from work to the store in Wynberg, only to discover that Barbara was not in that day. Now, I want results
