After spending an hour on the MTN website I've come to the conclusion that whoever developed their web site is an.
This is one of the worst web pages for a large listed company I have ever come across. I've used the site a number of times over the years and it has improved by becoming a little more user friendly. My complaint however, is with the broken links on the site.
After the hour I spent trying to find the correct product I finally hit the apply link with no success. I then when to their comment page to notify them f the problem only to find, after I had written them a friendly letter, that the link doesn't work to submit the comment.
MTN lost a sale and gained a complaint.
