Contract Extra not delivered in 3 weeks

My Fiancee and i took out a contract upgrade 3 weeks ago with a free LED TV which was supposed to be delivered in the same week. We have now followed up every single week as to when it will be delivered to us.

The first excuse was because of the holidays, they had no means of delivery due to people being on leave, then we had enquired again a week later to be told they will get back to us which did not happen and again this week only to be told they will check with there admin lady and the TV will now only be delivered next week because of a stock shortage.

This process has been unacceptable and with very very poor customer service. We have always been loyal paying customers of Autopage Cellular in the Pavillion over the past ten years but will no longer use this company again. Very dissatisfied customer.
