I bought data bundles yesterday during the day. The transaction went on, but I didn't received my data bundles on my phone. Today I went to the branch some consultant said that I must go to MTN because there are my service provider, but I don't understand because I bought the data bundles with Standard Bank and I thought you guys own the relation with MTN to provide the service to Standard Bank customer or maybe I'm wrong. Please simplify for me cause I'm lost now.
