TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recently had my account suspended which was warranted as i needed to pay my outstanding amounts. This suspension was done without hassle and was processed very quickly, but, when it comes to opening up my lines and accounts i need to wait for THREE WEEKS!!! This is rediculous! I phone 808 and they have all info updated but need to do a sim swap on a sim, go in store and ACCOUNT IS NOT OPEN!!! this happenned over a 4 day period at 2 different stores and still noi result nor progress!!! I highly doubt i will carry on with MTN in the future if this is not resolved ASAP!
