Lack of communication

My phone was cut off/suspended without them notifying me I had to call them to find out why they suspended my contract! I have paid the outstanding balance now they tell me that I have to wait 48hours for my phone lines to. Be opened! In 48 hours I am losing business. When they suspended my phone they did not give me 48hours to pay now I must wait 48hours after paying R770 for my lines to work? Please open my line now!
