I was told by one of your Customer Service Team Leader (Aviwe), that I can go in store and re-open the account after settling my outstanding debt with Edcon!!! The most annoying part of It was that when I got there, the New Accounts lady didn't even wait for me to finish my sentence before she could interrupt to tell me that Edcon does no longer re-open accounts that were handed over in the past! Mind you, this account was handed over more than 5years ago!!! Pathetic Service from such a reputable Retail Store. Oh... and while at It they gave me a Thank U Reward Card on the day the declined me to re-open my account. Please remove my details from this Thank U Rewards System and STOP sending me pathetic promotional SMSes that I will get R30 off If I come buy at any of your stores, "WHY THE WOULD I COME TO BUY IN YOUR STORES IF YOU DECLINED MY APPLICATION"??!!! DO NOT EVER SEND ME THIS LAME SMSes
