Extremely bad service

I visited the store on 3/8/2013 to have data transferred from an IPhone to a Galaxy S4
2 people shared one computer trying to assist 2 customers
The technicians assigned to assist me were Mpho and Lesedi
They were interrupted several times and had to attend to other queries in the store
My photos were deleted from the phone (the ONLY set I had)
The process and setup of the phone was not completed
Expert help wasn't called in
Technicians said computer was giving problems, but didn't move to a working computer
The store manager was in and out and didn't pay attention to what is happening in the store
The store manager promised to collect the phone on 6/8/2013 to try and retrieve lost data and complete the process. They didn't show up or call
The area manager Priscilla Pilger was contacted on 6/8/2013 and has failed to come back with a response
After spending 3hr30 min in the store I left with an incomplete setup on my phone as well as photos deleted
