I have a escalated complaint being dealt with by Bradley Mariemuthoo, in the past week I have called almost daily sometimes more than one a day. I can not get hold off him as he is always in a meeting, I have asked that he should please get back to me, but that hasn't happened once.
Yesterday I phoned again, I stayed on the line for more that an hour trying to get hold off him. Afterwards I find out that I was charged for the full hour trying to speak to someone at my service provider?
