And after being told my issue would be fixed within 54 hours, I still have not had success with my line. I was called on the morning of Thursday 1 August, with many apologies, and promises.
Some of which being my line would be fixed in 54 hours (I got the sms),
Someone would call me to tell me what has happened,
They were looking into it.
Well a week later and I have got no further with my line. I am still getting horrid latency, and while my download appears to be better to a degree, I still have 800 ms latency.
it feels like Telkom is beyond incompetent right now, and I have got to a point where I have would like it if Telkom simply told us they cannot fix it and we should find something else, instead of charging us for a line we cannot use correctly.
