Telkom latency issue after just two weeks of new

Well on 16 august my adsl line and phoneline was installed by telkom.for 2 weeks i had no problems with telkom as my internet provider.then suddenly my latency went over 200 ms while the first two weeks i had 190 ms all the time.this affected my gaming as this is what i do mostly on the internet.so i took a 7 day trail with mweb and got 176 ms!!! so i put in a cancelation for my data at telkom but would really like to keep everything with telkom. i also called alot of times did the port recreate and everything.and if i get 176ms on mweb then the problem is not my line.i have the 1mb uncapped.my line number is 023 3421017.Thomas Cilliers.my sel number 084 567 9554.please fix this otherwise you force me to go to mwe
